Ingredients:
- an egg of choice - 1 piece;
- high quality flour - 475 g;
- milk 2.5% - 165 ml;
- sugar - 95 g;
- oil - 65 g;
- salt;
- vegetable oil - 95 ml;
- yeast is a small sachet.
For filling:
- boiled condensed milk - 0.5 jars.
For sprinkling:
- sugar - 90 g.
Preparation
Mix the yeast with 2 tablespoons of flour and a tablespoon of sugar, then pour in a little preheated milk. Stir well and add the remaining sugar. Leave the mixture to stand for about a quarter of an hour. Then pour in it vegetable oil and egg white. Mix the mass with a mixer for a few minutes.
Sift the flour and add it to the dough with constant stirring. Melt the butter on low heat. Thoroughly knead the dough, place it in a wide container, cover with a food film and leave it in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Cut the finished dough into small pieces weighing approximately 150 g. Roll each of them into a ball, wrap it again with a film and leave it for about a quarter of an hour. After this, roll each ball with a rolling pin into a thin flat cake and grease it with chilled butter. Place the cakes on top of each other and once more go through them with a rolling pin so that a large cake is about 40 cm in diameter. Cut it into 15-16 triangles with a thickened condensed milk on the wide edge. Fasten the sides of the rolls so that the filling does not leak in the oven, and roll the dough roll. Put the products on a baking tray, grease with the remaining yolk, sprinkle lightly with sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the products for about 25 minutes.
Delicious puff pastry in the oven

- flaky yeast-free dough - 1 sheet;
- flour - 165 g;

- salt.
