Recovery of vision by the Zhdanov method

Deterioration of visual acuity was previously considered to be an exclusively age-related problem. But recently, various eye diseases have "grown younger" and are found even in children. One way to normalize the situation is to restore the vision according to Zhdanov's method. The author of this technique is a psychologist and a physicist, who thoroughly studied the physiological structure of the eyes, as well as their functions.

What is Zhdanov's method for restoring vision based on?

This method of treating eye diseases is based on the work of the well-known ophthalmologist Bates. According to his theory, any eye problems begin as a result of impaired functioning of the muscles surrounding them.

The fact is that focusing and clearing are carried out thanks to the eye muscle apparatus. Excessive stress or excessive relaxation of such muscles lead to rapid deterioration of vision. For this reason, Bates always recommended that you do not wear glasses. Of course, with them, people see much better, but such accessories allow the eye muscles to relax even more, respectively, and problems with vision will progress.

Gymnastics, offered by an ophthalmologist, provides intensive training of the muscular apparatus and its strengthening. Zhdanov slightly modified Bates's method and popularized it.

It is worth noting that the described technology is not a panacea, it helps only from certain eye diseases:

In rare cases, it can be used in the fight against presbyopia .

In addition, gymnastics does not provide a complete recovery of vision, especially in neglected cases. The maximum that can be counted on is improvement of clarity for 1-2 diopters and prevention of concomitant pathologies.

Exercises for the natural restoration of vision using the Zhdanov method

The basis of all described techniques is palming. It's an easy way to completely relax the strained muscles of the eyes and let them rest.

It's easy to perform palming, you need to rub your palms against each other, closing your fingers to warm them up. Then they must be folded at a right angle, the inner side to yourself, the fingers of one hand cover the other. The resulting "design" is imposed on the closed eyes so that they were exactly in the center of the palms, the nose peeked between the bases of the little fingers, and the fingers were located on the forehead. It is important that light does not penetrate through the hands.

Palming lasts 5-7 minutes. It can be done every time there is a feeling of overexertion of the eyes, there is tearing, blush vessels sclera. After this, the muscles are completely relaxed, and their functions are normalized.

In addition to palmming, it is necessary to perform special exercises using the Zhdanov method for restoring vision:

  1. Quickly and often blink, tightly squeezing his eyes, 1 minute.
  2. Without blinking, open your eyes wide (15-30 times) and return them to their original position.
  3. Alternately look up, down, left and right. Repeat 15 times.
  4. Represent the circle before the eyes and visually draw it out, first clockwise, and then against it. Do it 10-12 times.
  5. Close your eyes for 3 seconds and relax.
  6. Open your eyes and repeat the exercises.

Over time, you can complicate the gym, adding new elements to it. For example, after a week of lessons, Zhdanov recommends that you outline not only an imaginary circle, but also other figures - a rectangle, a sinusoid ("snake", a symbol of infinity), and diagonals.

Full complex of vision restoration by Zhdanov's method

The author of the presented technique considers that only exercises are not enough. Therefore, he developed his own complex for the treatment of eye diseases, which additionally includes psychological techniques (the Shichko ladder and the removal of negative programs from consciousness) and the intake of special preparations.

Scientifically proven that the last two items do not work, but gymnastics for the eyes is really effective.
