Hot and cold dishes with squid are not only rich in protein, but also very nutritious. Recipe for salad from squid with rice
Ingredients:
- squid carcasses - 500 g;
- olive oil - 1/3 of a century;
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 of a century;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- parsley;
- long grain rice - 1 1/2 items;
- pine nuts - 1/4 st;
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g;
- fresh mint.
Preparation
Carcasses of squids are cleaned and boiled in boiling salted water for about a minute. Finished squid is cut into rings and immersed in a marinade of olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, chopped onion and garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. We leave the squid for about an hour.
Cook rice until ready and cool it to room temperature. Mix the rice with the squid and marinade in which it was. Cherry tomatoes cut in half and also sent to a salad, sprinkle a dish of pine nuts and served to the table.
Salad of squid with rice and sweet pepper
Ingredients:
- rice - 1 item;
- vegetable broth - 2 items;
- shallots - 2 pieces;
- wine vinegar - 1 1/2 tsp.
- arugula - 50 g;
- almonds - 20 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- green peas - 150 g;
- squid - 450 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- sweet pepper in oil - 150 g.
Preparation
Rice boil, fill the vegetable broth, leaving 100 ml of the latter for the preparation of refueling.

Peas boil until cooked. Carcasses of squids are cleaned and blanched in boiling water for a minute, after which we cut into rings. Pepper is pierced and baked in the oven. Baked and canned in oil pepper cut into strips and mixed with cooled boiled rice. We add all the other prepared ingredients to the salad and fill it up.
Salad of squid with rice and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- boiled rice - 1 item;
- bay leaf - 1 piece;

- squid - 250 g;
- wine vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- Dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- champignons - 2-3 pieces;
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- parsley;
- basil.
Preparation
We boil water with a laurel leaf, thyme and oregano, boil purified calamari in it for 1 minute, after which we cut the carcass with rings. Salad with squid, rice, corn and egg
Ingredients:
- crab meat - 150 g;
- squid canned - 150 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- canned corn - 1 pot;
- boiled rice - 1 item;
- sweet onions - 1 piece;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation
Crab meat and squid are cut into thin strips. Similarly, cut and cucumber. Sweet onion grind. Eggs boil hard, cool and finely chop. Mix all the prepared ingredients, add the canned corn to them and dress the salad with mayonnaise. Before serving, the dish must be cooled.
