A classic snack, ideally suited for a feast for any occasion, is considered "Herring under a fur coat." For the first time on the tables this dish appeared in the middle of the last century and since then its popularity has reached international proportions. Cut the fillets into cubes. Grind the onions and beat them with boiling water. Eggs boil hard, clean after cooling and finely chop. Boiled vegetables, grate on a large grater, also after removing the skin from them. Now combine each of the vegetables with a spoonful of another mayonnaise, so that the mass keeps together, but does not decay from an overabundance of sauce. Lay the vegetable mixture layer by layer on the sheet of the film, spreading the beets in the first place. After spreading out all the layers, lay the eggs and slices of the herring from one of the edges, and then roll the roll, helping yourself with a film.
