Recipe for salad "Sea Breeze" with shrimps
Ingredients:
- pineapple - 1 piece;
- shrimp - 100 g;
- mussels (canned) - 40 g;
- champignons (fresh) - 50 g;
- lemon - 1/4 pcs .;
- olives (pitted) - 2 pcs .;
- vinegar wine - 1/3 of a spoon;
- curry - 1/2 tsp.
For sauce:
- sugar - 1/2 tsp;
- cognac - 1 teaspoon;
- ketchup - 2 tsp;
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
Pineapple cut along into 2 halves. Remove the hard core and carefully cut out the flesh. We cut it into small cubes. Pre- boiled shrimps are cleaned, pour a mixture of curry with wine vinegar and leave for half an hour "promarinovatsya." Ingredients:
- canned squid - 1 b;
- broccoli - 200 g;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste.
Preparation
Broccoli for this salad can be cooked, but if you have a steamer, then it is better to use it - it's foolish to translate such a vitamin product. Ready broccoli is divided into very small inflorescences. Canned squids poured and cut into small cubes, combine with broccoli. Salt, pepper and season with olive oil. Everything is very simple!
How to prepare salad "Sea breeze" with salmon?
Ingredients:
- salted salmon - 150 g;
- orange - 1 piece;

- parsley - 3 branches;
- sesame seeds - 1 tsp.

- vinegar white wine - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste.
Preparation
Salad and parsley is washed, dried and we rip your hands directly into the salad bowl. Slice slices of salmon, cubes - Bulgarian pepper. Olives are cut into rings. Finely chop the green onions. We clean the orange, divide it into slices, remove all the films and cut each into 3 parts. We send all the ingredients to the salad bowl. Gently mix.
