First you need to make sugar syrup. To do this, take water and sugar in a 1: 1 ratio (70 g of water per 70 g of granulated sugar), mix them in a saucepan and wait until it boils. The syrup should be boiled until the sugar is completely dissolved, after which we leave it to cool.

From the washed tarragon, separate the leaves and divide them into two disproportionate parts. Drink "Tarhun" at home from gooseberry
