From the chicken breasts we separate the ribs from the cartilage and get a clean fillet consisting of four halves. Each of them is cut along, almost not cutting to the end, so that the fillet piece can be unfolded in the form of a book. We beat off the unfurled fillet with a kitchen hammer to flatten it well and thus increase in size. On the unfolded, oiled food foil lay out thin plates of chicken meat and sprinkle them with a pinch of pepper and salt, which after it is well rubbed over them.

We randomly cut all vegetables. In warmed with vegetable oil sauton, we spread the eggplant, and then with an interval of two minutes pepper and tomato. After we keep the vegetables on fire for a couple more minutes, and then, after a little cooling, lay out the meat. Lifting the foil up and pushing aside, we twist the brisket with vegetables with a tube, so that the foil is on top of the roll, not inside. Then, not soaked sauce is washed off with water and now plentifully spread the halves of the brisket with ketchup with the content of Bulgarian pepper.
