Recipe for filling for borsch
Ingredients:
- tomato - 1 kg;
- carrots - 1 kg;
- beet - 2 kg;
- white cabbage - 2 kg;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 500 g;
- salt, sugar - to taste;
- vinegar 9% - 100 ml;
- vegetable oil - 250 g.
Preparation
To make a dressing for borsch we take all the vegetables, thoroughly rinse and clean. Then finely chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers. After that, carrots and beets are rubbed on a large grater, and white cabbage is thinly shredded, as for borscht.
Now take a very large enamel pan, it is here that our vegetables will be stewed. Pour a little vegetable oil and add the ingredients to the pan, laying the beets in the last place. All thoroughly mix and stew for 20 minutes on low heat, not forgetting to stir occasionally.
