Patties - baked goods are dearly loved by many. Someone prefers to surround a fluffy dough with a sweet filling, while others prefer fillers from vegetables, meat or cereals. Let's start with the most banal and familiar variation of the filling with rice and eggs for pies, in which the complement of the main ingredients will serve as a handful of onion greens, which provides the dish with not only a pleasant taste, but also a bright color accent.

- a bunch of green onions;
- eggs - 3 pcs.
Preparation
First, rinse the rice grains to get rid of the excess starch, since fragrant patties can easily be spoiled by sticky rice filling. - chicken mince - 320 g;
- onion - 55 g;
- garlic teeth - 3 pieces;
- white wine - 45 ml.
Preparation
First put rice and eggs cook separately from each other. Once the eggs are ready, chill them and chop, mix with the groats. Save the chopped onion until blanching, add garlic cloves to it and wait until they release the fragrance. Mix the onion roast with chicken and season it. As soon as the forcemeat grabs, pour in the white wine and let it evaporate completely. Combine the meat with rice and egg, and then use as directed.
