Season the dish with spices, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the oven for 7-10 minutes to bake. In the meantime, we make the sauce: brown the flour in butter, add the diced pineapples, pour the sugar, pour in the fruit juice and boil it all together for 5 minutes. On a dish we spread salad leaves, we pour them with the prepared sauce, and on it - the baked meat.

Potatoes and mushrooms are cleaned, cut into slices, and the cheese is rubbed on a large grater. On top of the meat pour the prepared vegetables and sprinkle abundantly with cheese. Now it's time to make the sauce: fat cream is mixed with milk, throw the shredded greens and spices to taste.
