Meatballs with cabbage

Instead of cooking stewed cabbage with meatballs, why not add the leaves themselves to the stuffing. Due to the softness of the cabbage leaf, the meatballs are very juicy and tender.

Before cooking meatballs with cabbage, lettuce is shredded and let in a frying pan with grated carrots and ground with onions.

On vegetable oil, we spread the grated carrots and a little chopped onions. On top of the carrots put the formed meatballs and pour sauce from the water, flour and sour cream. Extinguish chicken meatballs for about 25-30 minutes. If you cook meatballs with cabbage in a multivark, then set the mode "Quenching" for 1 hour.
