We beat the proteins with the second part of sugar until a stable foam is formed. Gently mix this mixture with chocolate-egg mass. Add a little sifted flour, soda and salt. The dough should turn liquid. Fill the balls in the form with a test. We bake a cake for about 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius.

On top of the finished pie, sprinkle with grated chocolate. You can sprinkle the cake with coconut shavings and decorate with candied fruits.

Cooking in a glass form with a high border. We turn the cookies into crumbs, using a combine, mill mill or meat grinder. Gelatine should swell in a mixture of rum and water. Filter this mixture and add to it, sour cream. Sugar is mixed with cocoa and cream. Warm this mixture in a water bath until the sugar dissolves. We combine both mixtures and mix until homogeneous. Adding ground a cookie is not necessarily everything - you should get a lot of consistency, like a dough for pancakes.

In a clean, dry form, pour in a layer of dough and place in the refrigerator, while the second part of the mixture is kept warm. When the layer in the form is hardened.
