After clearing the liver from the ducts and films, rinse it and pour half of the soy in a mixture with the juice of a couple of lemons. Soak the liver in the marinade for at least three hours, and then rinse and leave to warm to room temperature.

Cut the liver into slices 1.5-2 cm thick and fry them for 3 minutes on each side. Finished pieces shift to another dish, and frying pan, without rinsing it after roasting the liver, use for dressing onion. Soft onion rings fill with a solution of starch, soy sauce, remaining lemon juice and let the sauce boil.

By letting the beef through the meat grinder, follow it in the same way, grind and bacon. Since the liver after such a thorough grinding turns into mashed potatoes, it will have to be cut into small pieces by hand, without forgetting to clean and rinse the product. All the prepared meat ingredients are combined together, generously salted, add the leaves of fresh rosemary, thyme, dried onions with garlic, paprika and cayenne pepper. Divide the minced meat into 7 servings and blend from each cutlet. Roast cutlets on warmed vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes from each side. A little ketchup, mustard, a portion of fried bacon and fresh salad will only complement the cutlets on a bun.
