Bracelets made of rubber bands on pencils

Weaving bracelets from rubber bands on pencils

The course of work is as follows:

1. Take a pencil and put on it a braided elastic.
2. Twist it and thread through the resulting second loop the other pencil. For work it is better to use pencils of different colors in order not to be confused.
3. Now put on both pencils at once a rubber band of a different color (red) - you do not need to twist it.
4. We take another yellow rubber and repeat step 3. Then you need to pull a little lower the elastic band on the right pencil (only one loop).
5. And move it through the top into the center of the weaving, between the pencils.
6. Similarly, proceed with the left lower loop yellow.
7. Both loops need to be simply released so that they stay in the center. Thus, one row after another, you will get the pattern of this simple bracelet, which is called the "Fishtail".
8. When weaving, you can use absolute any colors and shades, alternating them according to your own idea. The bracelet can be monophonic, two- or three-color, and also iridescent, if we weave the elastic bands according to the rainbow scheme.
9. And how do we finish the weaving? To do this, increase the bracelet to the desired length, from time to time trying it on your wrist, and stop at the moment when on both pencils are put on three rubber bands. Take the lowest right and move it to the center, as usual.
10. Do the same with the left hinge.
11. When the pencils are already two gum, repeat the same operation. Then hook the S-shaped fastener first for one of the side hinges, and then for the loop at the opposite end of the product.
