Cabbage pancakes are an original snack, which is perfect as a snack in the middle of the working day. They are easy to prepare, but they are incredibly light and delicious. You can serve pancakes not only hot, but also in a cooled form, watering them at will with sour cream sauce and garnishing with chopped greens.
