The liver (of any pets) contains many useful substances, especially it is rich in iron compounds, which makes it a very valuable dietary product. The liver is cooked fast enough, especially chicken. Stewed liver with vegetables is easy to prepare, in addition, it's fast enough.
Chicken liver, stewed with vegetables
We choose a good, fresh chicken liver without streaks of bile.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver - about 400 g;
- onion - 1-2 pcs .;
- sweet red pepper - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- pepper black ground and other dry ground spices;

Preparation
Onion, sliced in quarter rings, fried or rescued in a pan until a golden hue appears. Add the chicken liver (it is better to divide-cut each into 2-3 pieces). Passer all together until the color changes and add a pre-prepared (chopped thin short straw) red sweet pepper. If necessary, mold 20 ml of water. Add the spices. Stew under a lid, stirring occasionally, for 8-15 minutes. By the end of the process, season with garlic. We serve with any side dish, decorating with greens. You can serve table wine.
Beef liver, stewed with vegetables
Ingredients:
- liver of beef - about 400 g;
- milk of medium fat content - about 200 ml;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- dry spices;
- vegetable oil;
- salt.
Preparation
The liver is cut in pieces (slices) or stripes about 2 cm thick and placed in a mixture of milk with spices for at least an hour (and preferably 2) to make it softer, and a specific odor disappears. Immediately before cooking, rinse with water.
Sliced onions with quarter rings will be saved in a frying pan. Let's add a liver to the frying pan. Extinguish, stirring occasionally with a spatula, for 15 minutes (longer do not, or it will be hard, like a rubber sole). By the end of the process, season with crushed garlic and pepper. Serve with any side dish, you can with boiled rice or mashed potatoes . Wine can be served in the red dining room.
