Melt water for weight loss

Despite the fact that every nutritionist does not get tired of talking about the need for sufficient water, most people continue to ignore it. Surprisingly, it is often because of a lack of water that people start eating too much or too often snack, which is why they are overweight. In addition, it has long been known that melt drinking water is even more useful than usual.

Use of melt water

Melt water differs from the usual one in that it lacks deuterium - this is a rather dangerous component, which in large amounts is equated with poisons. It is poorly digested and causes the body to expend additional energy. Water, which is freed from it, is a unique source of eternal youth, as it accelerates the metabolism, flushes toxins and slags and complexly rejuvenates the body.

The use of thawed water allows you to regulate the activity of the cardiovascular system, improves well-being, well affects the vessels of the brain, improves blood composition. The use of thawed water with weight loss makes it possible to see faster results, since an organism that is free of toxins and has an excellent metabolism can easily lose weight.

How to drink thawed water?

Melt water can be completely replaced with ordinary water - this will be an excellent help for your metabolism. It is best to drink it a glass half an hour before a meal, and also immediately at a time when you feel the approaching feeling of hunger. It is in this case that you will not take thirst for hunger and even notice that you become less eat. This is the ultimate goal of using melt water for weight loss.

Is it possible to drink thawed water from snow?

Properties of melt water from snow are unique. This is a pure drinking water given by nature. But our ecology does not allow us to use this gift of nature in the city, and even in rural areas, snow is often very polluted. Only in case you, for example, skiing, go deep into the forest, you can try to collect snow there. In all other cases - it is better not worth it.

How to prepare melt water?

Preparation of melt water, oddly enough, the process is quite laborious. If you just throw a plastic bottle of water in the freezer, and after freezing get it - then deuterium will remain in the water. So you can cook only thawed mineral water.

Consider how to get thawed water from ordinary tap water:

  1. Method one . Pour the water into a saucepan and put it in the freezer, placing a towel under it. As soon as the water starts to freeze, remove the first ice crust. This is deuterium - it freezes first. After that you can safely freeze the remaining water, then get out the container and leave at room temperature. Ready for use!
  2. Method two (winter) . Heat a small amount of water to a temperature of 94 - 96 degrees. You can define this without a thermometer: the water does not boil, but the bubbles are already rising in trickles. At this time, you need to remove the pan from the fire, pour water into another container and cool down sharply - for example, leaving on the balcony or pouring there from the container in capacity. With this laborious method, you completely stage the water cycle in nature, the water becomes both steam and ice. It is believed that this is the most useful water.

Pour water into the container and let it stand for a couple of hours. Then put it in the fridge, remove the first ice and discard it. The remaining water is frozen, but so that it is not a whole piece of ice, but some part remained water. At this stage you need to get ice. Melt - you can use it. Water is poured out - some harmful impurities remain in it. Thus, you exclude approximately 5% at the beginning and 10% at the end.

There are several other ways of obtaining such water, but from these simplest ones one can choose something suitable.
