- wheat flour - 455 g;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- margarine - 250 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- hard grated cheese - 100 g;
- yeast - 10 g;
- egg yolks - 1-2 pcs.
Preparation
We connect all the ingredients except yolks and start a soft dough. Roll it on the table and fold it in half. Again roll out, once again fold in half and leave for forty minutes.
