Chicken rolls in bacon

Ingredients:

Preparation

Chicken fillet beat off, covering the food film. Pour chicken with lemon juice and generously season with salt and pepper on both sides. Carrot and pepper are cut into strips. Asparagus sprouts are also cut in half, or on quarters. We put one slice of each of the vegetables on one of the edges of the meat, then turn off the chicken roll and wrap it with strips of bacon. Fix the roll with toothpicks or twine.

A roll of bacon should be baked in the oven at 180 degrees 40 minutes. If desired, the filling of the roll can be varied, supplemented not only with vegetables, but also with herbs, cheese or another layer of bacon.

Recipe for dried jerky chicken roll with bacon

Ingredients:

Preparation

Chicken fillets cut in half by two layers. Each layer is slightly beaten, seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides. On the layers of chicken we spread the slices of bacon and turn everything into a roll.

We wind the roll with threads and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours. We pierce the top of the roll with a skewer and hang it to the grate in the oven, placing the grill at the highest level.

We simmer the meat at 50 degrees, turning on the ventilation in the oven (if it is not - just leave the door slightly ajar). After 4-5 hours, the dried rolls will be ready. For greater piquancy before cooking raw meat can be sprinkled with liquid smoke.
