Carrots are cleaned and cut with straws or we pass through a large grater. Peeled onions are halved and cut into cubes. Fry the prepared vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil until soft and put into a pan with boiling water. We also send the potatoes peeled from the peel and crushed with cubes of medium size.

Chicken fillet crushed with a meat grinder, along with soaked in milk and slightly pressed bread and a second half of onions. In the received forcemeat we drive in an egg, we throw salt, a mix of ground peppers and all is a good mix.

Meatballs for soup from chicken mince to cook quite simply. To do this, moistened with a teaspoon, we collect minced meat, attach it to the shape of a ball and lower it into boiling soup. Thus, we form all meatballs.

Season the dish to taste salt, throw also laurel leaves, sweet peas and cook for fifteen minutes. Then we pour a small vermicelli, chopped fresh greens, we stand on fire two more minutes and turn off the stove.

In five minutes the hot aromatic soup will be ready.

To the chicken meat, add the egg, mango, salt, ground mixture of peppers, mix and put in the refrigerator.

We clean carrots and cut with straws, and onions cubes. Slightly crush the celery. In the frying pan add vegetable and butter, warm it well and lay out the cooked vegetables. Fry until soft, lay the peeled and diced potatoes, pour in water and heat to a boil.

Buckwheat groats, wash in cold water and put in a pan. We get chicken ground meat from refrigerator, we form balls of the same size as a quail egg and also send it to the soup. We add salt, sweet pepper peas, laurel leaves and stand on moderate fire for fifteen minutes. At the end of the cooking we throw the finely chopped greens.

Ready soup with meatballs let us brew for ten minutes, and serve it to the table.
