We remove small fish, remove bones, rinse and throw them into a pan with vegetables. Cook on low heat for about an hour. Then the soup is filtered through a sieve and poured into a clean pan. Mussels and shrimps are thawed, having held them in a bowl with warm water. The fillet of the sea bass is mine and cut into pieces. Add the prawns, fish and mussels in a pot of soup and cook together for another 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, we prepare the sauce: chop the garlic mixed with red pepper, add mayonnaise and tomato paste. Baguette is cut into small slices, fried in a toaster and greased with sauce.
