With cucumber of a large size, we completely cut all the rough peel, and cut the fruits themselves into not very small cubes. Approximately the same size cut the peeled onions and fleshy tomatoes. Through a grater with large holes we wipe fresh, juicy carrots.

We take a large wide pan made of stainless steel with a thick bottom, pour oil on its surface and put it on the stove for heating. When a fragrant smoke appears, put the onion in the bowl with carrots and fry these vegetables over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the same prepared tomatoes and cucumbers, then sprinkle the caviar with salt, mix well and cover the pan with a suitable lid for 10 minutes. Turn off the gas, pour into the caviar the necessary amount of table vinegar, and also introduce crushed garlic through the press, mix and immediately put everything on scalded boiling water to the banks. We move them into a container with boiling water on the stove and sterilize the snack for 15 minutes, then roll it up to the full stop with the treated lids.
