We put the jar of condensed milk in a saucepan of water. During the process, the water must completely cover the jar. We cook for 1.5 hours, the fire is minimal.

We prepare the dough for "Nuts" with boiled condensed milk.

Melted butter is combined with sugar, vanilla, soda slaked lemon juice, eggs, rum and sifted flour. It is convenient to knead the dough with a fork or a mixer with a spiral nozzle.

How to bake "Nuts" with boiled condensed milk?

Form for baking grease from the inside melted butter. In the grooves of the form, we place small approximately identical pieces of dough. We close the mold, strongly pressing down the upper part to the bottom. We put the shape on the burner on the middle fire for 4-5 minutes, then turn and bake another 3 minutes on the other side.

Before laying the next portion carefully wipe the mold (and if necessary, then rinse), then on the new lubricate with melted butter.

We prepare the filling: lightly cool the boiled condensed milk, mix it with melted butter and chocolate. We pour in rum, add ground nuts and cinnamon. Stirring. We start "shells" and put them on a dish.

It can be done a little differently: to lay in each "shell" not a cream with ground nuts, but whole kernels of forest or quarts of walnuts, and then top, so to speak, fill with cream.

For those who do not like heavy and sweet cream with butter and condensed milk, there is an alternative: a lighter cream of thick unsweetened yogurt (and / or sour cream and cream) with the addition of melted chocolate and a saturated gelatinous aqueous solution.
